    制备条件对活性炭电极性能的影响

    Effect of Preparation Conditions on the Performance of Active Carbon Electrode

    • 摘要: 用自制振动磨对活性炭进行研磨,研究了不同粘结剂加入量、导电剂种类、电极制备工艺以及电解液浓度对活性炭电极性能的影响,确定了制作高性能电极的优化方案.结果表明:以PTFE为粘结剂,加入量为5%时电容最大;以碳黑为导电剂对改善电极性能最有利;优化的电极制备工艺条件为干燥温度100 ℃、极片压力18 MPa、浸渍时间12 h、电解液浓度为5 mol/L.

       

      Abstract: The active carbon was milled using self-made vibration mill.The influence of some kinds of binder,conductive agent,making technology of carbon electrode and different concentrations of electrolyte on the performance of carbon electrode was studied and the advanced program of making carbon electrode was determined.When the amount of agent of PTFE is 5%,the capacitance is the highest.The conductive agent of carbon black is the best to ameliorate the property of carbon electrode.The favorable technology of making electrode is as follows the desiccation temperature 100 ℃,electrode pressure 18 MPa;immersion hour 12 h and concentration of electrolyte 5 mol/L.
