    稀土-钛复合变质对高铬铸铁显微组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of RE-Ti Compound Modification on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the High Chromium Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜和能谱分析仪等研究了稀土-钛复合变质对铸态和热处理态高铬铸铁显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土-钛复合变质效果优于单一稀土变质的, 基体中能够生成大量弥散分布的TiC颗粒, 使晶粒细化;变质后网状碳化物基本消失, 基体连续性明显改善, 力学性能有了明显提高;变质后再经820 ℃正火+550 ℃回火, 其硬度和冲击韧度达到62HRC和13J·cm-2。

       

      Abstract: The effect of RE-Ti compound modification on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the high chromium cast iron as cast and after heat treatment was studied by scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and the energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the effect of rare earth and titanium compound modification was better than simple rare earth modification. Alarge amount dispersed TiC particles generated in substrate to refine grain. Network carbides disappeared basically, the continuity of the substrate improved obviously and the mechanical properties raised distinctly. The hardness and impact toughness reached 62 HRC and 13J·cm-2 by normalizing at 820 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃ after modification.
