    Relationship between Percentage Elongation after Fracture and Specimen Size of Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 通过拉伸试验研究了两种不同厚度碳素钢钢板的断后伸长率与试样尺寸的关系。结果表明: 断后伸长率与试样尺寸的关系符合Oliver公式, 通过线性拟合得到了两种钢板的Oliver表达式, 并通过断后伸长率的换算验证了Oliver表达式的合理性。

       

      Abstract: The relationship between percentage elongation after fracture and specimen size of two kinds of carbon steel plates in different thicknesses was investigated in tensile tests. The results show that the relationship between percentage elongation after fracture and specimen size was in accordance with Oliver formula. The Oliver expressions of two steel plates were obtained by linear fitting, and the rationality of the fitted expressions was certified by conversion of percentage elongation after fracture.
