    Heat-treatment Process of Bainite Isothermal Quenching of Ultrahigh Strength Steel 40CrNi2Si2MoVA

    • 摘要: 对超高强度钢40CrNi2Si2MoVA进行贝氏体区短时间等温淬火,得到马氏体加下贝氏体和少量残余奥氏体的复合组织,考察了等温时间的变化对材料显微组织和力学性能的影响,并进一步得出了此条件下该钢的最佳热处理工艺.结果表明:当等温时间在100~150 s时,得到以马氏体为主,含20%左右下贝氏体和少量稳定残余奥氏体的组织.

       

      Abstract: The heat-treatment process of bainite isothermal quenching was studied on ultrahigh strength steel 40CrNi2Si2MoVA.By bainite short-time isothermal quenching,the steel got a triphase structure of martensite,bainite and a little austenite.The effect of isothermal quenching time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material was also investigated.And the best parameters of hold time was defined by studying the mechanical properties and analyzing the metallographic structure of the steel.It is proved that the steel with fine strength-toughness got majority of martensite,20 percent bainite and a little austenite microstucture with 100-150 s isothermal time.
