    • 摘要: 对H13钢进行热锻打时模具毛坯时常出现孔洞缺陷,在缺陷部位取样,对孔洞缺陷的产生原因进行了检验分析。结果表明:模具毛坯内部出现孔洞缺陷是因钢材中存在碳化物液析、夹杂物等冶金缺陷,使钢在镦粗时,在缺陷部位形成应力集中,在冲击载荷作用下出现应力裂纹,随着冲击载荷的继续施加及变形量的增加,裂纹胀开形成了孔洞;造成碳化物液析、中心疏松等冶金缺陷的主要原因是钢的浇注温度偏高,通过优化钢的浇注工艺,使模具毛坯在锻打时出现孔洞现象基本消除。

       

      Abstract: In the hot forging of H13 steel, hole defects often appear in the roughcast of the die, and samples are taken at the defects, and the causes of the hole defects are examined and analyzed. The results show that the internal mold blank hole defects is due to the presence of carbide eliquation, inclusions and other defects in steel metallurgy, steel in upsetting, from defects form stress concentration appears in the impact load stress cracks, with the increase of continue to impact load and deformation, the crack expanded form holes; main causes of carbide eliquation, osteoporosis is caused by the high temperature casting steel, through the optimization of casting process of steel, so that the mold blank forging hole defects basically elimination.
