Effect of Twin Roll-casting on Microstructure and Performance of Hot Rolling Mg-5.45%Al-1.36%Si Magnesium Alloy Plate

摘要: 利用双辊铸轧法成功铸轧出了5 mm厚的Mg-5.45%Al-1.36%Si共晶镁合金板,研究了镁合金铸轧板的组织及其对后续热轧镁合金板组织及性能的影响.结果表明:镁合金铸轧板的显微组织均匀,基本为细小的枝晶,明显优于普通铸造组织;再热轧后,板材的再结晶程度、晶粒细化效果、抗拉强度随着热轧压下率的增加而提高.Abstract: Mg-5.45%Al-1.36%Si eutectic magnesium plate of 5 mm thick was produced successfully by the twin roll-casting technology.The effect of roll-casting Mg alloy plate microstructure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the subsequent hot rolling Mg alloy plate was studied.The results show that the microstructure of the roll-casted Mg alloy plate was homogeneous and small dendrites.The tensile strength,degree of recrystallization and refinement increased with increasing the rolling reduction.
