    掺杂CuO的(1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3复合陶瓷的微波介电性能

    Microwave Dielectric Properties of CuO-doped (1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 Complex Ceramics

    • 摘要: 采用固相合成法制备了掺杂CuO的(1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3微波介质复合陶瓷材料, 研究了不同成分复合陶瓷烧结后的密度、微观结构以及介电性能的变化规律。结果表明: 随着x值的增大, 复合陶瓷的介电常数呈下降趋势, Q·f值逐渐升高, 谐振频率温度系数由正变为负, 且在0.3<x<0.5时可以得到接近于0的谐振频率温度系数; 当x=0.5时, 可获得微波介电性能最好的复合陶瓷。

       

      Abstract: CuO-doped (1-x)Ca0.61Nd0.26TiO3+xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 complex microwave dielectric ceramics were produced using conventional solid-state reaction method. The densities, microstructures and microwave dielectric properties after sintering with different x values of composite ceramics were investigated. Results show that when the x value increased, the dielectric constant decreased, but the Q·f increased, and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency changed from a positive to a negative value, and near zero τf value ceramics could be obtained in the range of x from 0.3 to 0.5; When x was 0.5, an optimal dielectric properties of composite ceramics could be obtained.
