    刷镀工艺参数对镍镀层显微组织与耐磨性能的影响

    Effects of Brush Plating Technological Parameters on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Nickel Coatings

    • 摘要: 为了提高电刷镀镍层的耐磨性能,系统研究了刷镀工艺参数对镍镀层显微组织和耐磨性能的影响.结果表明:镀笔移动速度、刷镀电压对镍镀层的组织和耐磨性能有着重要影响;镀笔移动速度为10 m·min-1和刷镀电压为12 V时,镀层的组织致密均匀、胞状晶粒团的尺寸较小,晶粒细小,镀层的耐磨性能较高,此时镀层的磨损量为0.002 g;镀笔移动速度过小和刷镀电压过大都会使镀层组织恶化,磨损量增加.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the wear resistance of brush-plated coatings,the effects of brush plating technological parameters on the microstructure and wear resistance of the nickel coatings were systematically investigated.It is found that the brush speed and plating voltage had great influence on the microstructure and wear resistance of the coatings.When the brush speed was 10 m·min-1 and the brush plating voltage was 12 V,the microstructure of the coatings was dense,homogenous,and the cystiform crystal-grain units were small.The wear resistance of the coating was high.The wear loss of the coating was 0.002 g.With the decrease of the brush speed or the increase of the brush plating voltage,the microstructure was deteriorated and the wear loss of the coating increased.
