    Deforming Properties of Semi-solid Cu-Ni-Si Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble1500热模拟机对半固态Cu-Ni-Si合金进行了压缩变形抗力的研究,分析了不同微量元素、不同变形速率对该合金变形性能的影响.研究表明:添加0.05%铈元素对该合金的变形改善作用较好,微量硼元素则对合金的变形有阻碍作用.该半固态合金压缩变形的较佳工艺参数为:添加0.05%铈元素,保温温度1048℃,保温时间15s,变形速率为2s-1.

       

      Abstract: The compressed deforming properties of Cu-Ni-Si alloy in semisolid state were studied using the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator,and the effect of different trace elements and deformation rates on deforming properties of this alloy was analyzed.The deforming properties of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were improved preferably through adding 0.05%Ce.The adding of trace boron was harmful to deforming properties.The optimal process parameters for this semi-solid Cu-Ni-Si alloy were obtained as follows:0.05% Ce of addition,1048℃ of holding temperature,15s of holding time,and 2s-1of deformation rate.
