    A Determination Method of Important Affecting Parameters on Low Circle Fatigue Life

    • 摘要: 运用粗糙集理论中的数据推理方法,对2.25Cr-1Mo钢的低周疲劳试验数据进行分析,找出了对疲劳寿命有重要影响的试验参数.首先对数据做对数处理,然后对处理后的数据数列做减法处理,又用确定数据的有效位数等方法建立了数据的决策表;最后从总应变、弹性应变、塑性应变以及应力幅等4个参数中,确定出塑性应变是对疲劳寿命有重要影响的参数;证明了疲劳寿命可以近似表示成塑性应变的函数关系式,同时验证了该方法对确定低周疲劳试验重要影响参数的有效性.

       

      Abstract: According to the inference method of rough set,the low circle fatigue experiment datas for the 225Cr-1Mo steel were analyzed to find out the important affecting parameters on the fatigue life.Firstly the experiment datas were taken logarithm.Secondly the serious datas were treated by the subtract algorithm.Then the numerical digit of the datas was determined and the decision table was built.Finally the most important parameter,the plastic strain was determined from four parameters such as total strain,plastic strain,elastic strain and stress amplitude.The results proved that the fatigue life was able to be expressed as a function of the plastic stain and the method presented in this paper was effective for determining important parameters in the low circle fatigue experiment.
