    双层包覆纳米Fe3O4颗粒水基磁流体的制备及表征

    Preparation and Characterization of Double-Coated Nano-Fe3O4 Particles Water Based Magnetic Fluid

    • 摘要: 采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米Fe3O4颗粒, 以油酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠先后进行两次包覆, 制备出了稳定性较高的水基磁流体; 用XRD、IR、TEM、VSM等研究了Fe3O4纳米颗粒的结晶情况、表面官能团的变化、粒径大小和磁性能, 并对影响制备磁流体的因素进行了讨论。结果表明: 双层包覆纳米Fe3O4颗粒水基磁流体的稳定性显著提高, 其比饱和磁化强度达到了47.06 Am2·kg-1。

       

      Abstract: The nano Fe3O4 particles were prepared with chemical precipitation method. And then used sodium oleate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to double-coat, stabilized water based magnetic fluid was obtained. The crystallization state, surface functional groups, particle size and magnetic properties of nano-Fe3O4 particles were investigated with XRD, IR, TEM and VSM. Then the factors influenced the magnetic fluid preparation were discussed. The results show that the stability of the double-coated water based nano-Fe3O4 particles magnetic fluid was improved obviously and the saturation magnetization intensity was 47.06 Am2·kg-1.
