    原位复合法制备镧掺杂SrFe12O19/PPy复合材料的组织与电磁性能

    Microstructure and Electromagnetic Properties of La-Doped SrFe12O19/PPy Composite Synthesized by In-situ Composting

    • 摘要: 以脱脂棉为模板合成了镧掺杂SrFe12O19粉体,以其为原料并运用原位复合法制备了镧掺杂SrFe12O19/PPy复合材料,对复合材料的显微组织与电磁性能进行了研究.结果表明:镧掺杂SrFe12O19/PPy复合材料呈现定向排列的球状聚集体,镧掺杂的SrFe12O19颗粒在基体中分散得很均匀,而且PPy紧密包覆在镧掺杂SrFe12O19表面;镧掺杂SrFe12O19/PPy复合材料的电磁性能随着镧掺杂SrFe12O19含量的减少而呈非线性降低的规律.

       

      Abstract: La-doped SrFe12O19 particles were prepared by absorbent cotton template method and then were used as raw material to prepare La-doped SrFe12O19/PPy composite by in-situ composting.The microstructure and electromagnetic properties of the composite were studied.The results show that La-doped SrFe12O19/PPy composite was a kind of aligned spherical aggregates,La-doped SrFe12O19 particles in the system were uniformly dispersed,and the PPy on the surface of La-doped SrFe12O19 was coated very closely.Magnetic properties of La-doped SrFe12O19/PPy composite appeared nonlinear reduced with the decrease of La-doped SrFe12O19 content.
