    拖拉机二轴齿轮热处理工艺的改进

    • 摘要: 为了提高齿轮的接触疲劳寿命,缩短热处理生产周期及降低废品率,对拖拉机变速箱二轴20CrMnTi钢齿轮气体碳氮共渗复合催渗热处理工艺进行改进,并进行了试样性能试验和齿轮台架试验.结果表明:改进后的二轴齿轮热处理工艺共渗温度从930 ℃降至860 ℃,共渗时间从7 h缩短至4.5 h,提高了产品耐磨性、表面硬度,正品率达92%,平均使用寿命提高50%,新工艺已应用于工业生产中.

       

      Abstract: To enhances gear contacts fatigue life,reduce heat treatment production cycle and reduce scrap ratess transmission of tractor two shaft 20CrMnTi steel gear gas carbonitriding composite catalytic were processed improvement.The improvement of the sample before the test and bench test gear were analyzed.The results show that after the heat treatment temperature from 930 ℃ to 860 ℃,penetrating time from 7 h shortened to 4.5 h,improve product wear resistance,hardness of the surface,the rate of identification of 92%.The average life expectancy increased 50%,the new technology has been applied to industrial production.
