超声和电磁复合能场对铸轧铅合金板带显微组织与力学性能的影响
Effects of Combined Ultrasonic and Electromagnetic Field on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cast-Rolled Lead Alloy Strip

摘要: 在铸轧过程中同时施加超声场和电磁场制备了铅合金板带, 研究了复合能场对铸轧铅合金板带显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明: 在铅合金铸轧过程中加入超声和电磁复合能场后, 铅合金板带的显微组织更加均匀, 枝晶被打碎, 晶粒更加细化; 与普通铸轧铅合金板带相比, 复合能场铸轧铅合金板带的力学性能得到显著提高, 其抗拉强度提高了12.42%, 屈服强度提高了29.17%, 伸长率提高了24.16%, 硬度提高了1.7%, 铅合金板带的各向异性得到了改善。Abstract: Lead alloy strips were cast-rolled in the combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field, and the effects of combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast-rolled lead alloy strip were investigated. The results show that the microstructures of cast-rolled lead strips became more homogeneous, the cellular dendrites were broken and the refined grains could be observed in the microstructure of the lead alloy strips cast-rolled in the combined ultrasonic and electromagnetic field. Compared with the general cast-rolled lead strip, the mechanical properties of the combined energy field cast-rolling lead strip increased significantly. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of the combined energy field cast-rolling lead strip increased by 12.42%, 29.17%, 24.16% and 1.7% respectively, and the anisotropy of lead alloy strip was improved as well.
