    Study of Honeycomb on Buffering Performance of Lunar Lander

    • 摘要: 综合月球表面环境,对用于月球探测器缓冲机械的正六边形铝蜂窝缓冲材料进行了模拟着陆冲击试验,研究了不同着陆条件对其缓冲性能的影响.结果表明:对铝蜂窝缓冲机构施加相应的预紧力可以提高铝蜂窝材料的缓冲性能;铝蜂窝材料的缓冲效率随着探测器在月球表面着陆速度的提高而降低;在探测器多级铝蜂窝缓冲装置中,当第一级蜂窝材料完全压缩时,探测器过载最大.

       

      Abstract: The buffering simulation of aluminum honeycomb under the lunar environment was carried.The effect of buffering performance of lunar lander was investigated.The result shows that the buffering performance is improved when giving the buffering pre-crushed.The buffering efficiency of the honeycomb is reduced when the impact velocity increase;When the first honeycomb material is completely compressed in step buffer,the overloading of the lander is largest.
