    Fatigue Cracks Propagation Behavior of S135 Drill Pipe Steel at Different Stress Ratios

    • 摘要: 采用疲劳性能测试与回归分析相结合的方法, 研究了S135钻杆钢在不同应力比下的疲劳裂纹扩展行为, 获得了其在稳定扩展区和近门槛区的疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式, 并探讨了其疲劳断裂机制。结果表明: 随着应力比R的增加, 疲劳裂纹扩展速率曲线向左上方移动, da/dN增大, ΔKth呈线性减小的趋势; 近门槛区断口为解理断裂机制, 稳定扩展区断口以疲劳条带扩展机制为主, 同时也存在解理断裂。

       

      Abstract: The fatigue cracks propogation behavior of S135 drill pipe steel at different stress ratios was studied by combining fatigue properites test and data regression analysis methods, the expressions of fatigue cracks propogation rates were obtained in the steady propagation region and near-threshold region, and the fatigue fracture mechanism was discussed. The results show that the increase of stress ratio made fatigue crack propogation rate curves move to the left upper side, da/dN increase, and ΔKth decrease in linear. The fracture of near-threshold region was cleavage fracture, and that of steady propogation region was mainly fatigue strip propogation mechanism with cleavage fracture.
