    Effects of Silicon Content on Quality and Sheering Property of TRIP600 Steel Spot Welding Joints

    • 摘要: 对硅的质量分数分别为1.17%和0.56%的TRIP600钢进行了电阻点焊试验, 研究了硅含量对点焊接头质量和剪切性能的影响。结果表明: 当焊接电流为4 000~9 000 A、电极压力为3 430~4 410 N时, 高硅TRIP600钢接头的晶粒比低硅TRIP600钢的更细小, 组织更均匀, 而且前者的马氏体含量和抗剪强度也较高; 低硅TRIP钢点焊时更易粘着。

       

      Abstract: Resistance spot welding tests for TRIP600 steel with silicon contents of 1.17wt.% and 0.56wt.%, respectively, were carried out to study the effects of silicon content on spot welding joint quality and sheering property of TRIP600 steel. Results show that when welding current was 4 000-9 000 A, electrode pressure was 3 430-4 410 N, the TRIP600 steel joint with high silicon content had smaller grains, more uniform microstructure, higher martensite content and better shear strength than that with low silicon content. The TRIP steel with low silicon content was easily adhered during spot welding.
