    ZnO纳米线的光致发光性及拉曼散射性能

    Photoluminescence and Raman Analysis of ZnO Nanowires

    • 摘要: 利用物理热蒸发法通过控制载气流量和氧气流量制备出具有倒V字形尖端的ZnO 纳米线,利用荧光光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪对ZnO纳米线的光致发光性能和拉曼散射性能进行了测试.结果表明:与其它形状的ZnO纳米线的光致发光性能不同,该ZnO 纳米线在423~458 nm区域有一个宽频带强蓝光发射,在527 nm处出现一个非常弱的绿光发射,没有发现紫外光发射;相对于ZnO纳米粉,ZnO纳米线的拉曼光谱峰发生约3 cm-1红移,主要来源于光子限制效应.

       

      Abstract: ZnO nanowires with “V” tips have been prepared using thermal evaporation by controlling the carrier flow and O2 flow.The room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) and Raman scattering of ZnO nanowires have been investigated.Different from other morphology of ZnO nanowires’ PL spectra,broad and intense blue emission from 423 nm to 458 nm and weak green emission at 527 nm were observed for the “V” tip ZnO nanowires.However,no ultraviolet emission was observed.Compared with the Raman spectra of the ZnO powder,3 cm-1 red shift was observed for ZnO nanowires,which should be attributed to the phonon confinement.
