    轻轨铁路支压板与销轴表面热处理工艺的选择

    Selection of Surface Treatment Technology for Bearing Plate and Peg Axle in Light Rail

    • 摘要: 为提高材料的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能,分别采用调质、高频淬火、低温气体多元共渗等工艺对轻轨线路支压板(45CrNiMoV)与销轴(40CrNiMo)进行处理,对比了不同处理后材料的性能.结果表明:低温气体多元共渗后材料的耐磨与耐腐蚀性能均优于调质与高频淬火处理的,是较合适的热处理工艺.

       

      Abstract: The materials of bearing plate (45CrNiMoV) and peg axle (45CrNimo) used in light rail were treated by quenching and high temperature tempering,high frequency quenching,and low temperature gas multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology,respectively.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the samples were determined.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of materials treated by low temperature gas multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology were better than those by quenching and high temperature tempering,or high frequency quenching.The reasons of better properties by multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology and wear mechanism were analyzed.
