    水热法制备石墨烯及其表征

    Graphene Prepared by Hydrothermal Method and Its Characterization

    • 摘要: 以天然鳞片石墨为原料, 采用水热及超声处理制备了尺寸较大且层数较少的石墨烯; 通过拉曼光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜及热重分析仪等研究了石墨烯的微观结构、热稳定性, 利用双电测四探针测试仪对其电导率进行了测试。结果表明: 所得石墨烯的片层多为双层, 尺寸为微米级, 片层间距约为2 nm; 在室温条件下, 其电导率可达808.06 S·cm-1。

       

      Abstract: The high quality graphemes in larger size with few layers were synthesized from natural flake graphite by hydrothermal and ultrasonic method. The microstructure, thermal stability and electric conductivity of the obtained graphenes were characterized by laser Raman spectra (Raman), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TG) and four probe teaster. The results show that the prepared graphenses were mostly double layers in the micron size range, and the spacing between layers was about 2 nm. The electric conductivity was about 808.06 S·cm-1 at room temperature.
