    Effects of Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide on Morphology and Size of Nano-Hydroxyapatite

    • 摘要: 通过加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面活性剂对纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)进行分散处理, 探讨了表面活性剂对HA粉体的尺寸、形态和分散性的影响。结果表明: 加入CTAB浓度越大, 得到的粉体的分散效果越好; 当CTAB在处理液中的质量分数为0.3%、CTAB与HA的物质的量比为3∶10 时, 可获得短轴为20 nm、长轴为40 nm, 分散性良好的柱状纳米HA粉体。

       

      Abstract: The cationic surfactant, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), was added into the nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) colloid for dispersion of HA nano powders. The effects of surfactants on the size, shape and dispersion effect of HA powders were studied. The results show that with increase of CTAB concentration the dispersion effect of HA powders was better. Nanometer columnar HA powders with good dispersity, which was 20 nm in minor axis and 40 nm in major axis, were given when CTAB concentration was 0.3wt% and mol ratio between CTAB and HA was 3∶10.
