    抽油杆用钢30Mn2SiV拉伸脆断原因分析

    Fracture Analysis of 30Mn2SiV Steel for Sucker Rod

    • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜研究了30Mn2SiV非调质抽油杆用钢拉伸脆断的原因.结果表明:由于经过轧制后棒材组织产生了内外组织不均匀,即心部组织为铁素体+珠光体和少量上贝氏体的混合组织,而外部则生成大量的上贝氏体组织,晶粒尺寸和形状也变得不规则是造成试样发生脆断的原因.内外组织不均匀是对该钢轧制过程监控不严,内外组织冷却程度不同而造成的.

       

      Abstract: The reasons for fracture of non-quenched and tempered steel 30Mn2SiV for sucker rod were analyzed using SEM.The complex microstructure emerging in the rod steel after TMCP rolling was the main reason.The structure in center region of rod steel was constituted by ferrite,pearlite and a little upper bainite;while other region mostly was upper bainite.The grain size was non-uniform and grains were irregular,which could also cause abnormal fracture.This kind of microstructure was the results that there was no enough strict supervision and control carried through in the process of TMCP,and made cooling rate significantly changed from the surface to the interior.
