    Relationship between Temperature and Thermal Physical Properties of TA16 and TA17 Titanium Alloys

    • 摘要: 在不同温度下对TA16和TA17钛合金的线膨胀系数、比热容、弹性模量、热扩散率和导热系数进行了测定和分析.结果表明:两种钛合金在100~500 ℃之间的平均线膨胀系数分别为 9.638×10-6 ℃-1 和 9.224×10-6 ℃-1;在500 ℃以下,两者的线膨胀系数、比热容、热扩散率和导热系数均随温度的升高而增大,只有弹性模量随温度升高而减小;并用最小二乘法建立了在50~500 ℃之间的比热容、弹性模量、热扩散率、导热系数与温度之间的函数关系.

       

      Abstract: The linear expansion coefficient,specific heat,elastic modulus,thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys were measured and analyzed at different tempeartures.The results show that the average linear expansion coefficient of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys was about 9.638×10-6 ℃-1 and 9.224×10-6 ℃-1,respectively,in the range of 100-500 ℃.The linear expansion coefficient,specific heat,thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys increased with temperature increasing.However elastic modulus decreased with temperature increasing.Functional relationships between specific heat,elastic modulus,thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity in the range of 50-500 ℃ were established by means of least square method.
