    Effect of Strain Rate on Deformation Induced Ferrite Transformation of Q235 Steel

    • 摘要: 使用Gleeble 3500型热模拟试验机在850 ℃下对Q235钢进行压缩变形,研究了应变速率对Q235钢形变诱导铁素体相变的影响.结果表明:在较低的应变速率( 0.01 s-1)下,无法得到大量的形变诱导铁素体;而在较高的应变速率( >5 s-1)下,可以得到大量的形变诱导铁素体;随着应变速率的增大,变形后显微组织也逐渐变得更加均匀细小;应变速率越高,越容易发生形变诱导铁素体相变.

       

      Abstract: Influence of strain rate on deformation induced ferrite transformation for Q235 steel was examined with Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator at 850 ℃.The results show that a lot of deformation induced ferrite could not be obtained at low strain rate (0.01 s-1).However,when the strain rate increased to higher than 5 s-1,the deformation induced ferrite could be found.The microstructure changed to be uniform and refine with increasing strain rate.The higher the strain rate was,the easier the formation of the deformation induced ferrite transformation was.
