    高应变率对AM60镁合金力学性能的影响

    Influence of High Strain Rate on Mechanical Properties of AM60 Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 分别采用静态拉伸试验机和冲击拉伸试验机测定了AM60压铸镁合金在不同应变率下(0.000 1,0.01,300和1 400 s-1)的拉伸力学性能,重点分析了高应变率对合金力学性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对拉伸断口进行了分析.结果表明:在应变率很低和很高时,合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度随着应变率的增加变化不大;从静态和动态(高应变率)结果综合比较来看,应变率对强度和断后伸长率有一定的影响,而弹性模量则对应变率不敏感;另外,动态和静态的断裂方式基本相同,都是以准解理断裂为主,局部区域呈沿晶断裂,局部区域存在典型的缩松断裂形貌.

       

      Abstract: Tensile test of AM60 casting magnesium alloy at different strain rates (0.000 1,0.01,300 and 1 400 s-1) were carried out using static tensile testing machine and tensile impact testing machine,and then the stress-strain curves were obtained and the fractures were observed by SEM.The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength varied slightly with the increass of strain rate at low strain rate or high strain rate.Comparing the results of static state and dynamic state tests,the strain rate influenced the mechanical properties to some extent;while the modulus was not sensitive to the strain rate.Fracture analysis indicated that the modes for static and dynamic fracture were basically the same,and the fracture was a mixture of predominant quasi-cleavage and minor integranular fracture.Typical shrinkage porosity fracture were presented as well.
