    碳/玻璃混杂纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料线芯的性能

    Performances of Carbon/Glass Hybrid Fibers Reinforced Epoxy Resin Composite Core

    • 摘要: 采用拉挤成型工艺制备了碳/玻璃混杂纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料线芯,并对其密度、力学性能、热膨胀性能、动态力学性能和耐湿热老化性能进行了研究.结果表明:线芯密度仅为176 g/cm3,相对直径相同的钢芯外层可缠绕更多铝导线;抗弯强度大于1 600 MPa,抗拉强度大于2 000 MPa;在25~310℃内的线膨胀系数为零,可很大程度地降低导线弧垂;玻璃化温度高达171℃,可在140℃下长期使用;线芯的耐湿热老化性能良好,可较好地用于钢芯替换.

       

      Abstract: A carbon/glass hybrid fibers reinforced epoxy resin composite core was made by pultrusion,and its density,mechanics,thermal expansion,dynamic mechanical and durable properties were studied.The bend strength of the composite is more than 1 600 MPa,the tensile strength is more than 2 000 MPa,and the density is only 1.76 g/cm3.The coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) is 0/℃in the range of 25-310℃.The glass transition temperature of the composite is up to 171℃,and it can be used at 140℃.Accelerated aging test shows that the composite has a good durability.
