    冷轧压下率对退火含铌钛IF钢性能及织构的影响

    Effects of Cold Rolling Reduction on Properties and Textures of IF Steel Containing Nb and Ti after Annealing

    • 摘要: 对工业生产含铌钛IF钢热轧板进行了不同压下率(60%~90%)的冷轧试验, 然后在预抽真空保护气氛退火炉中进行720 ℃×5 h的退火处理, 研究了冷轧压下率对其力学性能和织构的影响。结果表明:冷轧压下率在70%~90%时, 试验钢具有良好的综合力学性能, 冷轧压下率对力学性能的影响不大; 随着冷轧压下率的增大, 组织不断细化, 001〈110〉和112〈110〉冷轧织构不断增强, 再结晶后被111织构吞并, 使111再结晶织构不断增强, 而114〈110〉及223〈110〉冷轧织构稳定性高, 再结晶退火后被遗传下来。

       

      Abstract: The industrial produced hot-rolled IF steel sheet containing Nb and Ti was cold rolled with different cold rolling reductions, and then, the cold rolled steel sheet was annealed in a pre-vacuum-pumping protection atmosphere annealing furnace. The annealing temperature and time were 720 ℃ and 5 h, respectively. The properties and textures of the as-annealed steel sheet were tested. The results show that good combination of mechanical properties could be obtained when the cold colling reduction was 70%-90%, and the cold colling reduction had little effect on the properties of the annealed steel sheet. With the cold rolled reduction increasing, the recrystallized grains were refined, and the intensity of the 001〈110〉 and 112〈110〉 cold rolled textures increased, which would provide sites for the 111 textures annexation during annealing and made the 111 recrystallized textures stronger. However, the stability of the 114〈110〉 and 223〈110〉 cold rolled textures were high, these textures were remained after recrystallization annealing.
