    静电纺丝法制备微米级TiO2纤维

    Micro-Sized TiO2 Fibers Prepared by Electrospinning

    • 摘要: 以钛酸丁酯((C4H9O)4Ti)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为原料制得前驱体,采用静电纺丝法制备出(C4H9O)4Ti/ PVP前驱体纤维,经高温煅烧得到TiO2纤维;采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪等研究了前驱体及所得纤维的物相及形貌.结果表明:(C4H9O)4Ti/ PVP前驱体纤维的直径在2~5 μm之间,长度可达几个毫米;在1 000℃煅烧后得到具有金红石型的TiO2纤维,纤维直径在0.5~1 μm之间,纤维的长度变短,容易断裂,形成一种特殊的颗粒粘结结构.

       

      Abstract: Precursor was prepared using tetrabutyl titanate ((C4H9O)4Ti) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as raw materials.TiO2 fibers were obtained by calcining the (C4H9O)4Ti/PVP precursor fibers produced by electrospinning at high temperature.The phase and morphology of the precursor and the obtained fibers were studied by means of XRD,SEM and infrared spectrometer.The results show that the diameter of the (C4H9O)4Ti/PVP precursor fibers was 2-5 μm and the length could reach several millimeters.After calcining at 1 000℃ rutile-type TiO2 fibers with the diameter of 0.5-1 μm were obtained.The fibers with shorter length were easy to fracture,and a special grain bonding structure formed.
