    钛合金表面镀镍层的摩擦磨损特性

    Friction and Wear Characteristics of Nickel Plating Coating on Titanium Alloy Surface

    • 摘要: 在钛合金Ti6Al4V表面进行镀镍处理, 研究了镀镍层的表面硬度、结合强度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明: 镀镍层的表面硬度达到527 HV0.1, 镀镍层与钛合金基体的结合强度达到了232 MPa; 在相同的干摩擦条件下, 镀镍层的磨损量为钛合金基体的1/47; 在海水润滑条件下, 镀镍层的磨损量为钛合金基体的1/42; 在相同的磨粒磨损试验条件下, 镀镍层的磨损量为钛合金基体的18.7%。

       

      Abstract: Nickel plating coating was prepared on titanium alloy Ti6Al4V surface, and the hardness, bonding strength and friction and wear characteristics of the coating were studied. The results show that the surface hardness for nickel plating coating was 527 HV0.1, and the bonding strength between nickel plating coating and titanium alloy was 232 MPa. Under the same dry friction conditions, the wear loss of nickel plating coating was only 1/47 of that of titanium alloy, and under seawater lubricating conditions, the wear loss of nickel plating coating was only 1/42 of that of titanium alloy. Under the same abrasive wear conditions, the wear loss of nickel plating layer was 18.7% of that of titanium alloy.
