    微量钛、硼对AM50镁合金组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Addition Ti and B on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AM50 Magtesion Alloy

    • 摘要: 对在AM50镁合金中添加不同微量钛、硼元素后的微观组织和力学性能的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明:微量钛、硼的加入能够细化AM50合金的晶粒,改善第二相的形貌,使第二相变得细小,分布更加均匀;微量钛、硼在含量分别为0.002%和0.001 0%附近时合金室温力学性能明显提高;过多添加钛、硼并不能明显提高AM50合金的力学性能.

       

      Abstract: The effects of Ti and B on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AM50 magnesium alloy had been investigated.The results indicate that the addition of Ti and B can refine the microstructure of AM50 alloy.The experimental results also show that proper additions of Ti and B can increase its mechanical properties at ambient temperature significantly,while the ductility of the alloy does not decrease.When the modifications of Ti and B exceed proper additions,the AM50 mechanical properties do not increase.
