    加捻和编织工艺对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维电热元件电热辐射特性的影响

    Influence of Twisting and Weave Process on the Electro-thermal Radiant Property of PAN-based Carbon Fiber Electric Heating Element

    • 摘要: 测试了几种编织工艺聚丙烯腈基碳纤维及其电热元件的电热性能,并进行了电热辐射机理分析.结果表明:编织工艺对碳纤维(毡)电热体及其电热元件的电热温升、阻温特性、热惯性均有较大影响;采用多股绳编织工艺,可以改善碳纤维电热元件的电热性能,降低其热惯性,同时也可降低电热体自身的表面负荷.编织工艺与电热辐射特性结合,可以实现温度的自我调节,提高碳素电热材料的温敏效应.

       

      Abstract: The electro-thermal feature of PAN-based carbon fiber and its electric heating element on different weave process had been tested and the electro-thermal radiant mechanism had been analyzed.The results show that the weave process have great influence on the power-temperature property,resistance-temperature property and thermal inertia of carbon fiber (felt) and its electric heating element;With multi-compound yarn process,the electro-thermal feature can be improved,its thermal inertia can be decreased,and the power density of carbon fiber can also be decreased.With the help of the weave process and electro-thermal radiant properties,the temperature of the PAN-based carbon fiber (felt) can be adjusted by itself and the temperature sensibility of carbon electro-thermal materials can be improved.
