Abstract:
The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel was investigated in simulated solution of Ku'erle soil using weight loss method,electrochemical measurement,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that the serious corrosion occurred on the surface of X80 steel in simulated solution of ku'erle soil.With the extension of corrosion time,the average corrosion rate decreased a little,the instantaneous corrosion rate first decreased and then increased,and corrosion tendency increased.The corrosion product basically consisted of FeOOH (surface layer) and Fe3O4 (inner layer).
