    Corrosion Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Simulated Solution of Ku'erle Soil

    • 摘要: 采用失重法、电化学测试、SEM及XRD分析等方法研究了X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中,X80管线钢发生了严重的腐蚀;随着腐蚀时间的延长(腐蚀90 d),X80管线钢的平均腐蚀速率有所下降,而瞬时腐蚀速率先减小后增大,腐蚀趋势逐渐增加;腐蚀产物主要由FeOOH(表层)和Fe3O4(内层)组成.

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel was investigated in simulated solution of Ku'erle soil using weight loss method,electrochemical measurement,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that the serious corrosion occurred on the surface of X80 steel in simulated solution of ku'erle soil.With the extension of corrosion time,the average corrosion rate decreased a little,the instantaneous corrosion rate first decreased and then increased,and corrosion tendency increased.The corrosion product basically consisted of FeOOH (surface layer) and Fe3O4 (inner layer).
