    炭黑水处理单元顶部闪蒸汽管线开裂的原因

    Cracking Causes of Flashed Vapor Pipeline on the Top of Carbon Black and Water Treatment Unit

    • 摘要: 从材料的成分、腐蚀环境和应力分布三个方面对炭黑水处理单元顶部闪蒸汽管线开裂的原因进行了研究。结果表明: 开裂的性质为应力腐蚀开裂; Cl-和H2S等的交互作用, 不适当的管线加工、焊接和安装造成的较大拉应力构成了应力腐蚀开裂的基本条件。

       

      Abstract: The cracking causes of flashed vapor pipeline on the top of carbon black and water treatment unit were studied from 3 aspect: material composition, corrosion environment and stress distribution. The results show that the cracking characteristic was strain corrosion, interaction between Cl- and H2S, unsuitable pipeline manufacture, and large tensile stress caused by welding and installation consisted of the basic conditions of stress corrosion cracking.
