    Application Boundary Conditions for 316L Austenite Stainless Steel Used in Gas Field Containing CO2

    • 摘要: 结合含CO2气田的实际工况, 在模拟气田冷凝水、气田水溶液中对316L奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头在不同温度、pH值、氯离子质量浓度、加载应力条件下的抗氯化物应力腐蚀开裂性能进行了研究, 提出了含CO2气田用316L奥氏体不锈钢管的应用边界条件。结果表明: 316L奥氏体不锈钢在含CO2气田中使用时, 随pH值的不同, 温度、氯离子质量浓度的应用边界条件会发生变化。

       

      Abstract: Resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking for 316L stainless steel welded joint at different test temperatures, pH values, chloride ion concentrations and applied stress in the simulating gas field condensate water and gas field water according to actual gas field containing CO2 were studied. The applied boundary conditions for 316L stainless steel in gas field containing CO2 was proposed. The results show that the applied boundary conditions for 316L stainless steel used in gas field containing CO2 changed with the difference of pH value, temperature and chloride ion concentration.
