    纳米ZnO填充尼龙1010复合材料的力学与摩擦学性能

    Mechanical and Tribological Properties of Nanometer ZnO Filled Polyamide 1010

    • 摘要: 采用热挤压方法制备了不同纳米ZnO添加量的尼龙1010(PA1010)复合材料,对其力学和摩擦学性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:添加少量纳米ZnO可以提高复合材料的抗拉强度、表面硬度和弹性模量;过量纳米ZnO造成复合材料抗拉强度的下降,原因在于纳米颗粒在尼龙1010基体内的分散均匀性变差,并在基体内部形成微裂纹缺陷;纳米ZnO最佳添加量为3.0%~5.0%,随ZnO添加量的增加复合材料的摩擦因数提高,磨损率有一定程度的降低,最多可达30%.

       

      Abstract: PA1010 composites filled with nanometer ZnO were prepared by hot squeeze method.The effects of content of nanometer ZnO on the tensile strength,hardness and elastic modulus of the composites were studied.It is found that small amount of nanometer ZnO reinforcements enhance the hardness and tensile strength,the excessive content of nanometer ZnO could result in the decrease of tensile strength of ZnO/PA1010 composites,because the distributing proportion of nanometer ZnO was decreased and lots of microcracks were formed in matrix.The best range is obtained with the composites containing 3.0%~5.0% nanometer ZnO,the friction coefficient of the composites is improved and the wear rates decreased by 30% at most with the increase of the content of ZnO.
