    Corrosion Behavior of J55 Steel in NaHCO3 Solution

    • 摘要: 利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究了J55钢在不同浓度NaHCO3溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在HCO-3质量浓度为1 g·L-1和5 g·L-1时,J55钢的EIS谱为单容抗弧,其末端收缩程度不同;当HCO-3质量浓度增大到10 g·L-1时,J55钢的EIS谱的高频区是一个容抗弧,低频区为感抗弧;当HCO-3质量浓度增大到30 g·L-1时,阻抗谱由高频区的容抗弧和低频区的War-burg阻抗组成;当HCO-3质量浓度从1 g·L-1增大到5 g·L-1时,弥散指数增大,而从5 g·L-1增大到30 g·L-1时,弥散指数减小;HCO-3质量浓度从1 g·L-1增大到5 g·L-1时,腐蚀速率增大,而从5 g·L-1增大到30 g·L-1时,腐蚀速率减小.

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of J55 steel in the NaHCO3 solutions with different concentrations was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique.The results show that the EIS presented single capacitance arc and contractive characteristic at the end when the concentration of HCO-3 was 1 g·L-1 and 5 g·L-1.When the concentration of HCO-3 increased to 10 g·L-1 the EIS presented capacitance arc in high frequency region,while inductance arc in low frequency region.When the concentration of HCO-3 increased to 30 g·L-1 the EIS presented Warburg impedance characteristic.The dispersive exponent increased with the increase of the concentration of HCO-3 from 1 g·L-1 to 5 g·L-1,while decreased from 5 g·L-1 to 30 g·L-1.With the HCO-3 concentration increased from 1 g·L-1 to 5 g·L-1 the corrosion rate increased,and decreased from 5 g·L-1 to 30 g·L-1.
