    锶含量对镁合金电阻点焊熔核组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Sr Content on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Resistance Spot Welded Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 使用孕育坑并选用Al-10Sr作为孕育剂对镁合金点焊熔核进行孕育处理, 研究了锶添加量对镁合金电阻点焊熔核组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明: 当Al-10Sr的添加量从0增加到1.4 mg时, 熔核组织中胞状树枝晶区平均宽度从332 μm减小至58 μm, 组织明显细化; 且点焊接头最大拉剪力从2.379 kN逐渐提高到2.959 kN, 提高了24.3%。

       

      Abstract: Al-10Sr as the inoculant of the nugget was added into a inoculation pit to investigate the effect of Sr additive amount on the microstructure and mechanical properties of resistance spot welded magnesium alloy. Results show that when the additive amount of Al-10Sr increased from 0 to 1.4 mg, the average width of cellular dendritic crystal zone decreased from 332 μm to 58 μm, the microstructure refined obviously.The tensile shear load of the joints increased by 24.3% from 2.379 kN to 2.959 kN.
