    化学交换法制备硼化镍纳米线

    Preparation of Nickel Boride Nanowires by Chemical Metathesis

    • 摘要: 为了寻找简单易操作的方法合成硼化镍纳米线,以氯化镍和硼氢化钠为原料,通过化学交换法进行制备,将反应后得到的产物用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜及多功能表面分析仪等进行了表征.结果表明:反应产物为由Ni3B和Ni4B3组成的硼化镍纳米线,其平均直径为60 nm,长度可达到20 μm;硼化镍纳米线粗细不均,并有少量团聚现象.

       

      Abstract: In order to find a simple and easy preparation method of nickel boride nanowires,the chemical metathesis using NiCl2 and NaBH4 as reactants was used.The X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectra were employed to analyze the reaction products.The results show that the reaction products were nickel boride nanowires composed of Ni3B and Ni4B3,which average diameter was 60 nm and length could reach 20 μm.The nickel boride nanowires size was inhomogeneous,there were agglomerantion in the reaction products.
