    锌含量对铸造镁锌锆合金阻尼及力学性能的影响

    Effect of Zn Content on Mechanical and Damping Properties of Cast Mg-Zn-Zr Alloys

    • 摘要: 通过显微组织观察、力学与阻尼性能试验研究了锌含量对铸造镁锌锆合金显微组织、力学性能以及阻尼性能的影响, 并讨论了该系合金的阻尼机制。结果表明: 随着锌含量的增加, 镁锌锆合金的抗压强度增大, 阻尼性能则一直下降; 当锌的质量分数为3.18%时, 合金的力学性能和阻尼性能达到较佳匹配; 锌含量对合金的阻尼机制影响不大, 可通过G-L理论解释其阻尼机制, 并且该系合金的低应变阻尼为弛豫型阻尼, 高应变阻尼为静滞后型阻尼。

       

      Abstract: The effects of Zn contents on microstructure, mechanical properties and damping properties of cast Mg-Zn-Zr alloys were studied, and damping mechanism for the tested alloys was discussed.The results show that the compressive strength of Mg-Zn-Zr alloys increased and damping properties decresed with the increase of Zn content. When Zn content was 3.18wt%, the alloy showed relatively good mechanical properties and damping properties. The damping mechanism for the tested alloys was not affected by Zn contents and could be explained by G-L theory, and was anelastic internal friction at low strain amplitude, and static hysteresis internal friction at high stain amplitude.
