    Causes of Impact Toughness Damage for 22Cr Duplex Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 对某企业生产的22Cr锻造法兰检验发现,不同锻件的韧性差异很大,经力学性能试验和组织分析发现,造成韧性下降的根本原因是在锻造加工过程中产生了金属间析出相,而导致金属间析出相产生的原因是锻造和热处理工艺控制不当.

       

      Abstract: It was found that the toughness of wrought flanges manufactured by some company had obvious difference.Testing results of mechanical properties and microstructure indicated that the basic reason of toughness damage was intermetallic phase formed in the processes of flanges forging and heat treatment,with incorrect forging and heat treatment procedures.
