    Application and Progress of Nano Surface Technology in Die & Mould Reinforcement

    • 摘要: 纳米涂层与纳米薄膜具有良好的硬度、耐磨性、自润性和耐高温性能,是模具表面强化技术中的一种有发展前景的表面处理工艺.从模具的失效分析出发,介绍了目前在模具制造领域中应用较为广泛的几种纳米涂层与薄膜的制备方法和功能特性,并对纳米表面技术在模具表面强化的应用前景作了展望.

       

      Abstract: With good performance of rigidity,wear resistance,self-lubrication and high-temperature resistance,the nanometer coatings and films are prosperous surface treatment technology in surface reinforcement of die & mould.Through failure analyses of die & moulds,several commonly used preparation methods for nanometer coatings and films in the manufacturing of die & mould are emphatically summarized.The prospect of nanometer coatings and films in the die & mould is also described.
