    制氢换热器304不锈钢盘管开裂原因分析

    Cracking Analysis of 304 Stainless Steel Hydrogen Production Heat Exchanger Coil

    • 摘要: 为了查明制氢换热器304不锈钢盘管开裂的原因, 对其宏微观组织、化学成分、断口形貌、腐蚀产物化学成分进行了分析。结果表明: 该304不锈钢盘管的开裂属于应力腐蚀开裂, 盘管的工作应力和壳程水蒸气中的微量溶解氧共同导致了盘管的开裂; 建议采用Incoloy 800铁镍基耐蚀合金替代304不锈钢制作制氢换热器盘管。

       

      Abstract: The reason of cracking of 304 stainless steel hydrogen production heat exchanger coil was found out through analysis of macrostructure, microstructure, chemical composition, morphology of fracture and chemical composition of corrosion products. The results show that, it was stress corrosion cracking of 304 stainless steel coil. Working stress of the coil and dissolved oxygen in the shell side steam led to the cracking of coil. It was suggested that adopting Incoloy 800 Fe-Ni corrosion resistant alloy to replace 304 stainless steel as material of hydrogen production heat exchanger coil.
