    Effect of Stress Relief Thermal Aging for 2A14 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过去应力热时效前后合金的宏观变形、尺寸稳定性、残余应力和组织结构等方面的对比分析, 对2A14铝合金去应力热时效的作用进行了探讨。结果表明: 经过热时效后, 2A14铝合金的宏观变形量更大, 尺寸稳定性更差, 残余应力增加而且分布更加不均匀, 热时效不仅没有达到预期的目的, 而是起到了相反的作用。

       

      Abstract: The effect of stress relief thermal aging for 2A14 aluminum alloy was investigated through analyzing the macroscopic deformation, dimensional stability, residual stress and microstructure of the alloy before and after stress relief thermal aging. The results show that after thermal aging, the 2A14 aluminum alloy had more deformation and residual stress, worse dimensional stability and unhomogeneous stress. Thermal aging worked reversely toward the expected aim.
