The Selection of Filler Metal and Flux for 2A50 Al Alloy Brazing

摘要: 针对2A50铝合金的特点,根据铺展性、填缝性试验,对适合其钎焊的钎料与钎剂作了选择,进行了接头强度试验.结果表明:中温CsF-AlF3钎剂具有较高的活性及较好的去膜效果,适合含镁热处理强化型铝合金的钎焊;用CsF-AlF3钎剂分别与Al-Cu-Ag-Zn钎料及Zn-Al-Be钎料匹配钎焊,均可获得较理想的钎焊效果;当搭接间隙为0.2 mm、搭接长度为2.3 mm时,Zn-Al-Be钎料与CsF-AlF3钎剂匹配钎焊,所得焊接接头的抗剪强度可达143.2 MPa.Abstract: The filler metals and fluxes suitabled for 2A50 aluminum alloy brazing were selected according to the feature of 2A50 aluminum alloy and the test of spreadability and clearance fillabitity.Shear tests after the selection indicate that mesothermal CsF-AlF3 flux with high activity and good ability of removing oxide film is appropriate for brazing heat treatment strengthened aluminum alloys containing magnesium element.Adopting CsF-AlF3 flux matched with Al-Cu-Ag-Zn and Zn-Al-Be filler metals respectively obtain good results for brazing 2A50 aluminum alloy.Matching Zn-Al-Be filler metal with CsF-AlF3 flux for brazing 2A50 aluminum alloy could make the shearing strength reach to 143.2 MPa when the lap gap and the lap length are 0.2 mm and 2.3 mm separately.
