    Creep Life Prediction of Cr25Ni35Nb Steel for Furnace Tube Based on Modified θ Projection Method

    • 摘要: 通过在不同温度和应力下对炉管用Cr25Ni35Nb钢进行蠕变试验, 并采用修正θ 投影法对Cr25Ni35Nb钢的蠕变曲线进行拟合, 得出了蠕变方程中参数θi的数学表达式, 建立了钢在任意温度和应力条件下的蠕变曲线方程。在此基础上, 对该钢的蠕变寿命进行了预测, 并与实际使用寿命进行了对比, 结果两者吻合较好。

       

      Abstract: The creep tests on Cr25Ni35Nb steel for furnace tube were carried out under different temperatures and stresses. The creep curves of the Cr25Ni35Nb steel were fitted by the modified θ projection concept method. A mathematical expression of the parameter θi in creep equation was obtained. The creep equation of Cr25Ni35Nb steel under arbitrary temperature and stress condition could be established. By the established creep equation, the creep life of the steel was predicted. The results of prediction agreed with the actual life well.
