    Effects of Microstructure on Stress Relaxation Behaviors of Alloy BT14

    • 摘要: 利用弯曲应力松弛方法研究了具有不同显微组织的BT14合金在200,400和600 ℃时的应力松弛行为,分析了显微组织对合金应力松弛行为的影响.结果表明:魏氏组织在400和600 ℃时具有较高的抗应力松弛能力,而等轴组织在200 ℃具有较高的抗应力松弛能力;同时利用应力松弛方法可以得到不同显微组织BT14合金应力松弛过程中塑性应变速率和应力的本构关系,并可计算出速率应力指数和变形激活能.

       

      Abstract: The effects of microstructure on the stress relaxation behavior of alloy BT14 were studied at 200,400 and 600 ℃.The results show that Widmanstaten microstructure has relatively high stress relaxation resistance at 400 and 600 ℃,while the equiaxed microstructure is more relaxation-resisitant at 200 ℃.The relationship between plastic strain rate and stress during stress relaxation is obtained by stress relaxation method,and rate stress index and deformation active energy are calculated.
