    Melting Process of High-Performance Hot Work Die Steel 1.2344EFS

    • 摘要: 研究了不同的冶炼工艺对1.2344EFS钢纯净度及冲击韧性的影响,简要阐述了UHP脱氧工艺的技术优势。结果表明:采用UHP+LF+VD工艺冶炼的1.2344EFS钢中O含量可以控制到15 mg/kg以下;P含量可以从0.020%降到0.010%以下,S含量可以从0.015%降低到0.003%以下,从而提高了钢的纯净度及冲击韧性。

       

      Abstract: This paper studied the effect of different melting process on purity and impact toughness of steel 1.2344EFS, and made a brief introduction of the technical advantage of UHP deoxydation process. Results show that for steel 1.2344EFS, with UHP+LF+VD melting process,O content can be controlled below 15 mg/kg,P content was reduced from 0.020% to lower than 0.010%,S content was reduced from 0.015% to lower than 0.003%, hence increased steel purity and impact toughness.
