    低碳高铬铸铁循环泵叶片碎裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis of Cracking of a Cycle Pump Vane Made of Low Carbon High Chromium Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 用扫描电镜、能谱分析、光学显微镜等手段对碎裂失效的低碳高铬铸铁循环泵叶片的化学成分、显微组织、断口形貌及失效机理等进行了分析及测试.结果表明:由于在一定酸性介质条件下,叶片表面发生相间选择性腐蚀,其抗冲击能力大幅下降,同时该材料的韧性较低,导致叶片早期碎裂.

       

      Abstract: The chemical composition,microstructure,fracture morphology and failure mechanism of cracking of a cycle pump vane made of low carbon high chromium cast iron were analyzed by means of SEM,EDS and optical microscopy.The results show that under the stated aciditic condition,selective corrosion between phases happened at the vane surface,and the impact-resistance dropped.The relatively low toughness of this material also resulted in anearly cracking of the vane.
