    大型发电机转子开裂原因初步分析

    Preliminary Analyses of Cracking for Large Turbine Generate Rotor

    • 摘要: 从转子的原材料和热处理工艺方面分析了大型发电机转子在运行中开裂的原因.结果表明:由于转子的热处理工艺不合理导致转子材料脆性和缺口敏感性较大,在应力集中时,发生了开裂事故.

       

      Abstract: The crack in a large turbine generate rotor was studied from two aspects of the forging material and the heat-treatment technology.The result shows that the improper heat-treatment method causes high brittleness and notch sensitivity for the rotor material.The fatigue crack occurres near the stress concentration position.
