    增塑剂对纳米Fe3O4/PVA磁性复合膜性能的影响

    Effect of Plasticizer on Properties of Nano-Fe3O4/PVA Magnetic Composite Film

    • 摘要: 以Fe3O4纳米粉与聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料制备了纳米Fe3O4/PVA磁性复合膜,并添加聚乙二醇(PEG)和丙三醇(甘油)做为增塑剂:采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、拉伸试验机和特斯拉计等对该复合膜进行了形貌分析、拉伸性能和磁性能测试,研究了增塑剂对其形貌与性能的影响.结果表明:添加增塑剂能够使纳米Fe3O4/PVA磁性复合膜的表面更光滑,弹性模量和拉伸强度降低,伸长率、磁致变形性能和磁化率得到提高.

       

      Abstract: Nano Fe3O4/PVA magnetic composite film was prepared by using nano-Fe3O4 powders and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) with polyethylene glycol(PEG) and glycerin as plasticitizers.The morphology of the film was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM),tensile properties and magnetic performance were tested by tenslie tester and teslameter.The effects of the plasticitizers on the morphology and properties of the composite film were investigated.The results show that the morphology of the nano-Fe3O4/PVA magnetic composite film with plasticitizer was smooth,which had low elastic modulus and tensile strength,high elongation,character of magnetic distortion and susceptibility.
